Application & Features

1.YF series PVC profile production line is mainly used for extrusion of PVC window & door profile, cable duct,decorative profile, wood-plastic composite product, etc.

2.The whole production line includes conical twin svrew extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, film-sticking device, and stacker. According to different profile section and mould design, varied models of conical twin screw extruder is adopted for extrusion.

3.Vacuum calibration table adopts powerful turbo cooling system, in order to achieve staisfactory cooling effect. According to different mould design, the calibration table length can be optional as 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m tomeet the requirement of high speed extrusion.

4.Haul-off unit adopts special lifting technology, and has the features of stable running, reliable working, reasonable design, powerful hauling, etc. The moving speed of cutting unit is sychronized with hauling speed. Through pre-setting, the cutting unit is capable for automatic cutting with fixed length. Dust recycling device is also equipped.

5.The production line bears the features of novel design, reasonable structure, convenient operation, etc.
